FAQ’S
What are the timings of Flicks on the Farm?
Gates open 1 1/2hrs before the film starts for you to enjoy our catering facilities and choose your favourite spot before the screening starts.
How do we buy tickets?
Tickets are available to purchase online, please click by ticket.
Will food be available at Flicks on the Farm?
Yes. We are working with some fantastic local food and drink suppliers catering for all your cinema needs, including a selection of locally sourced food and burgers from our very own farm. Sweets and Popcorn will satisfy those with a sweet tooth, while a well-stocked bar serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as tea and coffee will be available.
Can we bring our own food & drink?
You’re always welcome to bring your own food. Why not have a picnic? Though we ask that you leave any glass bottles and sharp cutlery at home.
Whilst we don’t allow pre-purchased alcohol onsite, if you do find yourself with a nice bottle of white, you will be asked to leave it at the entrance. Flicks on the Farm are not able to take responsibility for any items left with us and we ask that guests do not bring pre-purchased alcohol to the site.
Can I bring children to Flicks on the Farm?
Yes absolutely, but please adhere to the film age rating and anyone aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
Where will we be sitting at Flicks on the Farm?
The audience will be sat in a Apperley Halls Farm large garden and green fields, ensuring everyone gets the best view of the screen.
Is there lots of parking at Film on a Farm?
Lots and lots, the parking is in a field near to the screen and it is free for all Flicks on the Farm ticket holders.
Can I bring chairs to sit on?
We have VIP deckchair seating tickets which, in our opinion, is the best place to enjoy Flicks on a Farm. You have to be quick though as these are limited. Another great way to enjoy Flicks on the Farm is to bring a good rug, blanket or camping chair for comfort. If you do bring camping chairs we ask you to be mindful of those sitting around you and keep towards the edges of the seating area.
Will there be a card machine?
Yes we will have card facilities available on site at the bar, but please bring cash as well, just in case the wonders of modern technology gremlins comes to haunt us.
What happens if it rains?
The screenings will be outdoors, we can’t always depend on the great British weather but at Flicks on the Farm the show must go on. Please bring your most practical clothes to keep you warm and dry.
Is there disabled access?
Due to the site being on grass fields access may is limited.
Can I bring pets?
Unfortunately not I’m afraid. Flicks on the Farm takes place in grass field used for grazing livestock, so in the interest of animal welfare, please leave them behind. We do of course allow registered guide dogs for those that require them.
Will there be sanitary facilities on site?
Yes. There will be plenty of WC facilities for ladies and gents.
What is our Cancellation Policy?
Tickets are non-refundable. However, If the event is postponed or canceled by us, you are entitled to a refund. This refund is for the face value of the tickets only and does not include any fees paid. Flicks on the Farm cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by the customer for travel, accommodation, or any other related service or product pertaining to attending the event.
Will there be photographs?
Filming and photography may be in progress at Flicks on the Farm screenings. By entering the event you consent to be filmed or photographed.
